RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Selfanic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality products to our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect item delivered
• Manufacturing defect
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos and video evidence of the issue
Requests raised without valid proof may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• All accessories, tags, and original items must be included
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
Selfanic reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
3. Refund Process
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, Selfanic will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, Selfanic may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the product is available in stock.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before confirming the purchase.
6. Partial Advance Payment for COD Orders
For certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Selfanic may require a partial advance payment (for example, 25 percent of the order value) before dispatch.
This advance payment helps cover logistics and processing costs.
If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the advance amount may not be refundable, as shipping and operational costs would have already been incurred.
If the order is cancelled by Selfanic or cannot be fulfilled, the advance payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
7. COD Convenience Fee
Cash on Delivery orders may include a ₹50 convenience fee to cover courier cash handling and logistics costs.
This fee is non refundable once the order has been shipped, as courier charges and operational handling costs are already incurred.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Selfanic will arrange the return pickup at no additional cost to the customer.
In situations where pickup service is not available in the customer’s location, the customer may be requested to ship the product to the address provided by Selfanic. Reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification.
If the return request is made for any reason other than product defect, damage, or incorrect item, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
9. Non Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund once delivered, including but not limited to:
• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Products returned without proper proof of purchase
• Orders where the return request is raised after the 48 hour return window
Selfanic reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
