At Selfanic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Incorrect item delivered
• Manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos and video evidence

2. Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Replacement

In certain cases, Selfanic may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Partial Advance Payment for COD Orders

For certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Selfanic may require a partial advance payment (for example, 25% of the order value) before dispatch.

This advance payment helps cover logistics and processing costs.

If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the advance amount may not be refundable, as shipping and operational costs would have already been incurred.

If the order is cancelled by Selfanic or cannot be fulfilled, the advance payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. COD Convenience Fee

Cash on Delivery orders may include a ₹50 convenience fee to cover courier cash handling and logistics costs.
This fee is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
